  • 4 large bell peppers
    2 potatoes, boiled and mashed
    200g paneer, grated

  • 1 onion, finely chopped
    1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
    1 teaspoon cumin seeds

  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
    1 teaspoon red chili powder

  • Salt to taste
    Cooking oil
    Fresh coriander leaves for garnish


  • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Cut the tops off the bell peppers, remove seeds, and blanch them in boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
